Bar End Caps made from PTFE And T6 7075 Aluminium. witha rubber O-Ring and Ti Nut and Bolt.

  • Carbide Tip Tool Set
  • Parting Tool
  • Vernier Calipers

    • Parts/Materials Required:

  • 7075 T6
  • Carbon renforced Polycarbonate (Not PTFE)
  • Ti Nut
  • Ti Bolt
  • Rubber O-Ring

    • Recomendations:

    DO NOT USE PTFE it's too brital and easily damaged, In hindsight I should have used something like carbon renforced polycarbonate as this would have been lighter and far more durable.

    This design is not suitable for carbon bars due to there increased  wall thickness however you could  easliy  alter the design to work.
